Before founding Circle City Hoods and Refrigeration, I owned and operated two restaurants under the Phamous Philly’s brand in New Jersey and Ohio. That experience gave me firsthand knowledge of the day to day realities of a kitchen, including managing staff, controlling costs, staying compliant with health and fire codes, and handling the constant pressure to keep the business running without interruptions. Beyond restaurant ownership, I have worked in business development, sales leadership, and strategic partnerships, especially in hospitality and food service. I have helped growing brands and multi unit operators scale efficiently and sustainably. Circle City Hoods was built with a clear mindset to put the operator first.
